This is the third installment of Poca Poca Steam and Liminal Bodywork's Steam and Massage event. Over the course of 90 minutes you will experience a whole body steam and an abdominal massage.With a wonderfully relaxing lounge area, tea, and journaling prompts, you're welcome to create a small self-care time to nourish your inner and outer wellness.
