Spring Yang Yoga

Join us for an invigorating six-week movement series designed to keep your body and mind flexible as we welcome the vibrant energy of spring :) In this early morning 7:30-8:30 am class, we will practice Yang Yoga, focusing on energizing movements to deeply stretch muscles and promote balance and strength. You can expect: 
  • Several rounds of sun salutations to promote rhythm in movement 
  • Chest and hip opening sequences to combat winter stagnation 
  • Balancing postures to stay in tune with the change in season 
  • Brief breathwork and meditation to center and ground you 
This class is intended to keep you on the mat for six weeks and up and moving with the natural spring energy. Chinese Medicine principles will be peppered throughout the class and gentle tea is available at the end of class to replenish your system. 
Six weeks class series, no drop ins. You can miss a class but there will be no make-up classes/credits.  50% off for Members, email North Node to sign up as a member :)
