Come join us for a midweek reset! We utilize the invaluable wisdom of Chinese Meridian Therapy and explore seasonally relevant asanas. Through bolsters, blankets, and blockswe will find our way in and out of postures that open meridians and nourish our inner reserves. You can anticipate a slow class, postures held for several minutes postures, and pranayama. This class will prepare you for the winter season and nourish the elements often depleted in the fall.
