Come join us for a midweek reset! We utilize the invaluable wisdom of Chinese Meridian Therapy and explore seasonally relevant asanas. Through bolsters, blankets, and blocks, we will find our way in and out of postures to open meridians and nourish inner reserves. You can anticipate a slow class, postures held for several minutes, and pranayama. This class will prepare you for the winter season and nourish the elements often depleted in the fall.
