deeper connection with your body for greater ease in life

Hi, I'm Alexandria,
My approach is to connect with your body’s inherent wisdom through bodywork. I aim to support your natural dynamic state and reduce pain, discomfort, and restriction. I have been practicing Chinese and Japanese bodywork since 2021 and studying since 2014.
This bodywork practice is rooted in my personal meditation and movement practices. As a student of Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche and Eva Wong my approach is framed by Buddhist and Taoist wisdom. I honestly believe all my clients have what they need to connect deeply and I’m a partner on their path.
My background of yoga instruction in community clinics and jail inform my value of bodywork as a core component of personal and community health. I work with activists, parents, change makers, professors, and more to manage their health.
Through a thorough health analysis utilizing Chinese diagnostic tools I often treat:

  • Chronic neck and back pain
  • Orthopedic Problems
  • Migraine headaches, chronic head pain
  • Visceral dysfunctions
  • TMJ
  • Central, autonomic, and enteric nervous system disorders
  • Stress and tension related problems
  • Chronic fatigue syndrome
  • mTBI
  • Birth trauma
  • Digestive related disorders
  • Women's health issues
  • Through hands-on work and conversations, she continually helps me to connect the dots through a complicated web of physical and mental health factors. She has helped me better understand my body, which has improved my relationship with it immensely. She knows more about my health and has been able to improve my well-being more than any primary care doctor ever has! "

  • Rethinking massage therapy as part of wellness practice gave me balance and considering myself in context. I find healing touch combined with meditation creates capacity for complexities in life, and to share more with my students, friends and family. An unexpected part of integrating massage therapy has been how much fun I've had with Alexandria. The many approaches she provides creates room for exploration, curiosity and discovery that has been an antidote to the many stresses of life."

  • "Meeting Alexandria changed my life. Taking the step to care for myself by showing up and being vulnerable in her treatment room deeply impacted my life outside of sessions. She has gifted hands and not only knows how to tune in to what your body needs but also has a presence that puts you at ease. She is incredibly knowledgeable and supplied me with resources that I could take home with me and continue to help me in my day to day life. Her space is a sanctuary and you will be grateful to have cared for yourself by going to see her."
