Our bodies are designed to adapt seasonally. In some traditions, there are 24, 48 or even 72 seasons. We will utilize Iyengar's supported postures with a yinny spin. Think 5-7 minutes in each posture with loads of pillows and blankets. We will open our hearts, minds, and selves to see what this season has to show us. You can expect a lot of relaxation with a healthy dose of refreshment and perspective. No prior experience necessary.
