Over the course of six weeks we will meet on Thursdays for a one hour practice to work with seasonally relevant organs and meridians. We will practice qigong and neigong to internally align ourselves with change. This is a community oriented class intended for practical healing and skill building to compliment your daily life.
We will talk about and practice:
Psycho-Spiritual attitude for spring
Protecting yourself from “Wind Disease” in spring
Dao Yin/Neigong exercises (internal energy practices)
Qigong exercises (preventative medicine)
Beneficial teas & foods for the season
